Private Investigator

A private investigator is a professional who is responsible for conducting investigations to obtain information for private clients or companies. As a private investigator, you will be required to gather evidence on behalf of your clients, using various methods such as surveillance, interviews, and background checks. You will need to have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills in order to accurately and effectively gather and present evidence.

In addition, private investigators may also be tasked with conducting risk assessments, locating missing persons or assets, and providing security services. You may work independently as a self-employed investigator or may be employed by a private investigation firm or legal organization. Private investigators are often required to work long and irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, and may need to travel frequently as part of their duties.

Monitoring Agent

As our organization is expanding, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a SCRAM CAM device installation specialist. If you have experience with SCRAM CAM device installation, maintenance, and calibration, this may be the right opportunity for you. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be able to coordinate with team members, probation officers, and clients to ensure that SCRAM CAM devices are installed correctly and efficiently. In this position, you will be responsible for managing every aspect of the installation process. This includes scheduling appointments, ordering equipment, troubleshooting potential device issues, and providing exceptional customer service. As our ideal candidate, you must possess a valid driver’s license, have a clean driving record, and be able to travel occasionally to meet job requirements. Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Executive Director and other members of the management team. This includes a variety of tasks, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, preparing reports, and providing general office support.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
    • Schedule appointments and meetings, both in person and online.
    • Manage calendars and keep track of upcoming events.
    • Prepare reports and presentations.
    • Provide general office support, such as filing, copying, and mailing.
    • Greet and assist visitors.
    • Other duties as assigned.

Front Desk Assistant

The Front Desk Representative is the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the front desk area.

Responsibilities:
